Shimmy,
shake, and sweat your way to feeling great with Alison’s
World Dance Aerobics class! You’ll
groove to tunes from around the world as you get a powerful
workout that is guaranteed to lift your spirits. Learn
fun steps in Samba, Country, Salsa, Merengue, Swing,
Hip Hop, Bachata, Bollywood Dance, Motown, and much,
much more! No dance experience is required; come
as you are and learn as you go. This class combines
45 minutes of high intensity dance with 15 minutes of
shaping, toning, and stretching exercises. You’ll
feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to face the day with
energy and confidence.
